The future Opel/Vauxhall Mokka will be manufactured at the PSA site in Poissy
- The PSA group has announced that the new generation Opel/Vauxhall Mokka , to be presented at the Paris 2020 Motor Show, will be manufactured at the French site in Poissy, alongside the DS 3 Crossback, and not at the German site in Eisenach, as initially planned. This decision will enable the Poissy plant to continue production.
- The next generation of the Opel/Vauxhall Mokka will share the CMP platform with the DS 3 Crossback, which has just started production this month and is expected to gradually replace the old DS 3, which dates back to 2010.
- The future Opel/Vauxhall B segment SUV, which will be available - like the DS 3 Crossback - in both ICE and 100% electric versions, will start up on the Poissy assembly lines at the end of 2020 or at the latest in early 2021, i.e. a few months after the Peugeot 208 will have stopped production at this site, as its production will be concentrated on the Slovak site in Trnava (the new generation of the Peugeot 208 will start at the end of 2019).
- The current generation of the Opel/Vauxhall Mokka is manufactured partly at the Spanish site in Zaragoza (alongside the Opel Corsa, Opel Crossland and Citroën C3 Aircross) and partly at GM's Korean site in Pupyong. The transfer of the Mokka to Poissy will raise the question of the future of the German site in Eisenach, since the Opel/Vauxhall Adam model manufactured there today will be discontinued next summer, without replacement.

Skoda Scala
- Skoda replaces its Rapid model (C-segment tri-body sedan) with the Scala, whose body adopts a hatchback line. The Scala, which takes on the look of the old Rapid Spaceback (5-door sedan), is similar in dimensions, to the Volkswagen Golf, but it is based on the MQB-A0 platform (that of the VW Polo, VW T-Cross, Seat Ibiza, Seat Arona, Skoda Fabia) and not on the MQB-B platform (that of the VW Golf).

Citroën Ami One Concept
- To replace its Mitsubishi C-Zero design, Citroën unveils the Ami One, a 100% electric two-seater quadricycle concept of its own design, which could be launched in the early 2020s.
- The Ami One is the answer to the new uses of customers and the challenge of energy transition in the city. The Ami One could be driven as early as the age of 14.
- To comply with these regulations, the vehicle would not exceed 45 km/h, which is more than enough speed in the city. The lithium-ion battery installed under the floor would allow a range of 100 km.
Peugeot 208 II
- Peugeot unveils the new generation 208, at the same time and in the same place as Renault for the new generation Clio.
- The new 208 is based on the CMP platform, already used by the DS3 Crossback, and will have two Thermal engines and a 100% electric version (like the DS3 Crossback) with a range of 340km.
- This electric version will become a new competitor for the future Renault Zoe scheduled for autumn 2019, since the Renault Clio does not have a 100% electric version.
- The Peugeot 208 will continue to be manufactured at the Slovak site in Trnavaand Kenitra (Morocco).
