Analysis of automobile production in the world in the first half 2016
- The global automotive production (PC + LUV) grew 3.1% in the first half of 2016 (compared to the first half of 2015), as a consequence of the good performance of Chinese, European and US markets.

Conversely production decreased in the following countries: Japan (-3.8% ; 4.48 million vehicles against 4.65 million),
Korea (-5.7%), Brazil (-21.5%), Argentina (-19.1%), Russia (-15.1%), Malaysia (-18%), Indonesia (-8.3%) and Taiwan (-9.8%).
